Deck overview

Pramikon, Sky Rampart is a Jeskai pillow-fort control deck. It uses walls, attack taxes, and forced attack direction to buy time while drawing into a two-turn Approach of the Second Sun kill, with Azor's Elocutors and a High Alert/Rolling Stones wall beatdown as backup. Pramikon itself is not the engine: its left/right direction exclusion is duplicated by Mystic Barrier and Teyo, Geometric Tactician's minus, while the real core is the redundant Ghostly Prison/Propaganda wall shell. The deck can win without ever casting Pramikon, especially once monarchy effects and planeswalker card draw take over. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander; the list is a grind-control build that trades fast clocks for layered protection and interaction.
