Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo and engine strategy centered on Orvar, the All-Form. Orvar triggers whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell targeting a permanent you control, creating a token copy of that permanent. The deck leverages cheap targeting cantrips and untap spells such as Twiddle, Dream's Grip, and Cerulean Wisps to duplicate basic Islands and mana rocks in the early game, rapidly ramping ahead on mana and drawing cards. In the midgame, it transitions into explosive infinite loops using Peregrine Drake with buyback spells like Mind Games or blink loops with Ghostly Flicker, Archaeomancer, and Naru Meha, Master Wizard. These loops generate infinite mana and create infinite token copies of Sunscorched Desert to burn all opponents out in a single turn. Backup plans include copying high-impact control creatures like Hullbreaker Horror, Junk Winder, and Agent of Treachery to dominate the board.
