Deck overview

This Rakdos deck is commanded by Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant and centers on forced combat, goad mechanics, and group slug attrition. The core game plan accelerates on early turns with mana rocks, then deploys Karazikar alongside aggressive hot potato threats like Slicer, Hired Muscle, Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos, and Xantcha, Sleeper Agent. By goading opposing boards and rewarding opponents for attacking each other, the deck generates continuous card advantage while forcing enemies to whittle down their own life totals. Damage multipliers such as Death Kiss, Havoc Festival, and The Sound of Drums drastically accelerate the clock, turning ordinary creature combat into lethal swings. Meanwhile, draw punishers like Underworld Dreams, Fate Unraveler, and Razorkin Needlehead turn Karazikar's symmetric draw triggers into asymmetric life loss. The deck closes out the game around Turn 7 by allowing opponents to eliminate each other before finishing the final survivor in a 1v1 combat.
