Deck overview

Kotis voltron theft deck. The primary plan is to land Kotis early, make him unblockable (Aether Tunnel, Brotherhood Regalia, Trailblazer's Boots, Rogue's Passage), and connect to exile large chunks of an opponent's library; free-cast payoffs from those triggers generate value and occasionally steal wincons. Damage amplifiers-Blackblade Reforged, Genji Glove, Fireshrieker, and the Sword cycle-turn a 2/1 into a one- or two-shot commander-damage threat. Felix Five-Boots operates as a hidden commander, doubling Kotis's trigger. A theft subtheme (Brainstealer Dragon, Gonti, Night Minister, Villainous Wealth) provides card advantage and an alternate, slower path when Kotis is taxed off the board.
