Kudo by kaj31

Format: Commander

Commander: Kudo, King Among Bears

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kudo, King Among Bears leads a GW bear-tribal deck that turns every creature into a 2/2 Bear. The primary plan is to play cheap Bears, generate tokens with Bearscape, Scurry Oak, and Castle Ardenvale, then close with Coat of Arms, Beastmaster Ascension, or an infinite-token loop. Ayula, Queen Among Bears is the hidden commander: with Kudo or Maskwood Nexus making everything a Bear, her first mode piles counters on the board. The deck also runs Jennifer Walters, whose front face is a one-sided silence and whose back face redirects damage, serving as extra protection. A dense draw package chains creatures into more cards and finds the Crusade combo.
