Just winging it! by AmeizingGuy

Format: Commander

Creator: AmeizingGuy

Commander: Kastral, the Windcrested

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kastral, the Windcrested commands an aggressive Azorius flying deck that transforms low-cost Bird creatures into an overwhelming aerial armada. The strategy floods the board with efficient winged threats, using Kastral combat damage triggers to draw extra cards, reanimate fallen Birds, or place plus-one-plus-one counters across the entire flock. Primary paths to victory revolve around evasive combat damage amplified by anthems like Empyrean Eagle, Favorable Winds, and Murmuration, culminating in devastating alpha strikes backed by True Conviction or Sephara, Sky's Blade. One-sided board resets like Raise the Palisade and Wave Goodbye clear opposing defenses while leaving your air force completely intact.
