Format: Commander

Commander: Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. is a one-shot cheat engine: pay WUBRG to put two counters on him and deploy a Hero, Equipment, or Vehicle from the top seven, ideally transforming a double-faced card like Bruce Banner into The Incredible Hulk. The deck is a Hero-tribal combat deck that grows a board with counters and Equipment, then closes with Aurelia, the Warleader extra combats or Multiversal Incursion copy swarms. Director Nick Fury acts as a hidden second commander, discounting Heroes and producing card advantage on attack. Secondary plans include Defense of the Heart and Earth's Mightiest Heroes cheating in beaters, plus token generation from Captain America, Liberator.
