Format: Commander

Commander: Thanos, the Mad Titan

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a five-color control-value deck helmed by Thanos, the Mad Titan, a commander whose power-up ability turns him into a repeatable creature-type board wipe. The deck's primary plan is to deploy a dense suite of symmetric land wipes and creature wipes, out-value opponents with planeswalkers and blink engines, and eventually win through commander damage, Revel in Riches treasure accumulation, or a planeswalker ultimate. The strategy relies on heavy card draw (Mystic Remora, Sylvan Library, The One Ring), modular recursion (Life from the Loam, Wrenn and Six, Gift of Immortality), and a handful of protection spells to survive its own wipes. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through attrition and superior card advantage.
