Deck overview

This Selesnya tokens-and-dinosaurs deck, helmed by Ghalta and Mavren, combines two synergistic themes: a go-wide token strategy and a dinosaur tribal subtheme built around the enrage mechanic. The commander's attack trigger creates either a massive trampling Dinosaur token (scaling with your biggest attacker) or a swarm of lifelinking Vampire tokens (scaling with the number of other attackers). The deck uses early ramp creatures and land-search spells to accelerate into its top end, then deploys token doublers like Second Harvest and Rhys the Redeemed, anthem effects such as Cathars' Crusade and Beastmaster Ascension, and enrage payoffs like Ripjaw Raptor and Ranging Raptors to generate card advantage while building an overwhelming board. It wins through pure combat damage, often via a single massive Ghalta, Primal Hunger or an army of pumped tokens.
