New Untitled Deck by Thatch

Format: Commander

Commander: Smaug the Magnificent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a mono-red Treasure deck built around Smaug the Magnificent as both a mana engine and a direct-damage finisher. Every Treasure on the battlefield makes Smaug's attack trigger hit harder, so the game plan is to amass an absurd number of artifact tokens, keep the board honest with red removal, and convert a single explosive combat into a table kill. The engine is deep and redundant: Goldspan Dragon, Xorn, Academy Manufactor, Ancient Copper Dragon, Fable of the Mirror-Breaker, Magda, Brazen Outlaw, and Professional Face-Breaker all multiply the token count. Roaming Throne and Twinflame Tyrant double the payoffs, while Scourge of the Throne and Great Train Heist add extra combats in the same turn. The deck also carries independent artifact-count wins in Hellkite Tyrant and Knuckles the Echidna, plus ping reach from Reckless Fireweaver and Alchemist's Talent. It is a midrange goldfish: deploy engines, amass Treasures, then turn the corner in one big turn.
