Ultimate Goblin Reanimate by user8068562

Format: Commander

Commander: Ultimate Green Goblin

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos graveyard-reanimator deck built around discarding enormous threats and cheating them back into play for a fraction of their cost. Ultimate Green Goblin acts as the deck's on-board enabler: it discards a card every upkeep, converts that discard into a Treasure token, and can return from the graveyard via Mayhem if discarded. The deck leans on a deep reanimation package - Reanimate, Animate Dead, Necromancy, Zombify, Exhume, and Beacon of Unrest - to put game-ending threats like Archon of Cruelty, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, and It That Betrays into play as early as turn 2-3. Wins arrive through massive, evasive combat damage and Annihilator triggers, with Flayer of the Hatebound plus Feldon of the Third Path or Olivia, Crimson Bride supplying repeatable burn. Doomsday Excruciator is the deck's alternate, non-combat finisher.
