This deck is a Grixis Spellslinger Midrange strategy commanded by Saruman, the White Hand. The primary objective is to resolve Saruman by Turn 4, then rapidly amass a colossal Orc Army token by casting noncreature spells, especially high-cost spells and cantrips. Built-in ward {2} provides innate protection to your growing Army and commander. The deck leverages an efficient instant-speed interaction suite, including counterspells, bounce, and asymmetric sweepers like Widespread Brutality and Perplexing Test, keeping opponents off-balance while developing your board.
