Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Selesnya midrange deck commanded by Sigarda, Font of Blessings. It blends Angel and Human tribal synergies with potent lifegain triggers, +1/+1 counters, and token generation. The strategy accelerates through low-cost green ramp into a Turn 3 or 4 deployment of Sigarda, who instantly shields the supporting board with hexproof while acting as a pseudo-Future Sight for creature spells. As lifegain engines like Bishop of Wings, Soul Warden, and Guide of Souls stabilize the life total, massive power amplifiers such as Cathars' Crusade, Nykthos Paragon, and Lyra Dawnbringer turn evasive flyers into lethal threats. The deck protects its board through phased protection like Clever Concealment and zero-mana interaction like Flare of Fortitude, ultimately closing out the table across consecutive flying combat steps by Turn 8.
