Format: Commander

Commander: Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Grixis deck pairs Kefka, Court Mage's discard-draw engine with a fast Thassa's Oracle win. The primary plan empties the library with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact and wins immediately with Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac. The secondary path grinds value from every discard: Bone Miser, Waste Not, Archfiend of Ifnir, Liliana's Caress and Megrim turn Kefka triggers, Windfall and Faithless Looting into tokens, mana and life loss, closed out by Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Psychosis Crawler. Kefka's front face is the built-around engine; the back face (Ruler of Ruin) draws cards when opponents lose life on your turn but costs eight mana to transform and is a late-game bonus. Tergrid and Tinybones act as hidden commanders that steal discarded permanents.
