Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai spellslinger and aikido control deck led by Shiko and Narset, Unified. The strategy focuses on casting two spells per turn to trigger the commander's Flurry ability, generating consistent card advantage and doubling targeted spells. The deck controls the tempo of the game using efficient removal, counterspells, and an extensive suite of damage-redirection effects such as Deflecting Palm, Comeuppance, and Take the Bait. As the game progresses, it transitions into a win condition by assembling a prowess token army with Monastery Mentor and Jeskai Ascendancy, burning out opponents with Sorcerer Class Level 3, or redirecting massive bursts of damage through indestructible conduits like Brash Taunter and Stuffy Doll via Arcbond. Supported by low-cost protection spells, the deck punishes aggressive opponents while steadily building an overwhelming spellslinger advantage.
