March of the Blech Parade by Bowie88

Format: Commander

Commander: Blech, Loafing Pest

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Blech, Loafing Pest leads a Golgari lifegain-token deck. The primary plan is to stack incidental life-gain triggers from cards like Essence Warden, Prosperous Innkeeper, and Druid Class, converting each point of life into +1/+1 counters on every Pest, Bat, Insect, Snake, and Spider. Pests and Insects from Pest Infestation, Hornet Queen, and Sedgemoor Witch then grow into a huge trample or flying swarm. Secondary paths use Sanguine Bond, Dina, Soul Steeper, Mirkwood Bats, and Starscape Cleric to turn life gain into life loss. Corpsejack Menace and Winding Constrictor amplify the counter output. Blech is the central engine; the deck is still moderate without it because token density and drain effects exist independently.
