Deck overview

This Elf-mill deck aims to empty opponents' libraries rather than reduce life totals. Its primary plan mills half a library at a time with Cut Your Losses and Kitsune's Technique, then finishes all opponents at once with Riverchurn Monument's exhaust ability that mills equal to graveyard size. A secondary infinite uses Wirewood Symbiote with Maskwood Nexus, Conspiracy or Leyline of Transformation plus a mana Elf like Priest of Titania to generate infinite mana and untaps. Thranduil, the Elvenking acts as a value engine, copying activated abilities of Elves in the graveyard and drawing cards when legendary Elves enter. The Mindskinner and Priest of Titania function as hidden commanders, providing an alternate damage-to-mill conversion and the mana core the combos need.
