Deck overview

This Gruul midrange deck is commanded by Roxanne, Starfall Savant, focusing on generating artifact tokens that double as both ramp and direct damage. The deck accelerates through low-cost ramp spells on turns 1 through 3 to deploy Roxanne on Turn 4. Roxanne's Meteorite tokens immediately remove small opposing creatures while doubling the mana output of all artifact tokens. On Turn 5, an attack from Roxanne creates additional Meteorites and generates 8 to 10+ mana, allowing the pilot to cast powerful force multipliers such as Roaming Throne, Doubling Season, Displaced Dinosaurs, or Fiery Emancipation. The deck closes the game by Turn 7 through overwhelming combat steps, automated pings from Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver, or a massive lethal burn spell like Crackle with Power. Strong independent backup threats like Old Gnawbone ensure high resilience even if the commander is removed.
