Deck overview

This mono-blue deck helmed by Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus is a charge-counter proliferate engine that turns incremental counter growth into game-winning mana and card advantage. The core loop deploys artifacts with charge counters (Astral Cornucopia, Everflowing Chalice, Empowered Autogenerator, The Eternity Elevator) and then multiplies their output through doubling proliferate triggers. Repeated proliferation feeds Insight Engine for draw, Walking Ballista for direct damage, and Adaptive Omnitool or Gavel of the Righteous to turn Tekuthal into a lethal flyer. Token producers (Sai, Master Thopterist, Sharding Sphinx, Titan Forge) provide both board presence and sacrificial fuel for Throne of Geth. The deck lacks efficient tutors but compensates with over a dozen proliferate sources, creating strong functional redundancy. Wins are achieved through a massive Walking Ballista shot, commander combat damage, or an overwhelming Thopter swarm.
