Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Selesnya midrange deck commanded by Sigarda, Font of Blessings. The primary strategy focuses on assembling a dense baseline of low-cost lifegain triggers (Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Guide of Souls) and leveraging Sigarda to grant the entire board hexproof while casting Human and Angel spells directly from the top of the library. Once the board is established, powerful multipliers like Archangel of Thune, Kyler, Sigardian Emissary, Cathars' Crusade, and Minwu, White Mage rapidly grow your creatures into an unblockable or flying army that eliminates the table through combat damage. Defensive combinations such as Pariah on Phyrexian Vindicator or Shalai, Voice of Plenty pairing with Sigarda create formidable defensive layers against spot removal and combat damage.
