Bello, Bard of the Brambles by user2813340

Format: Commander

Commander: Bello, Bard of the Brambles

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Gruul 'animate the library' deck. Bello's static makes every non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment with mana value 4 or greater into a hasty, indestructible 4/4 Elemental that draws on combat damage, so the primary plan is to chain 4+ mana enchantments, then attack with a growing army of animated permanents. Secondary paths are Warstorm Surge pings, Molten Echoes token copies, and an infinite-combat loop with Aggravated Assault plus Sanctum Weaver/Elven Chorus. The commander is the animator, draw engine, and the reason most permanents are chosen; there is no double-faced or hidden commander.
