Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger and storm list led by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both an engine and a win condition: every noncreature spell grows Vivi with a +1/+1 counter and pings each opponent for 1 damage, while Vivi's {0} activated ability adds mana equal to its power to fuel extended spell chains. The deck pairs cost reducers like Baral, Chief of Compliance and Stormcatch Mentor with potent draw engines like Archmage Emeritus and Lock and Load to storm through its library. Victory is achieved either by casting a flurry of cheap spells amplified by Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy, assembling the infinite mana and untap loop of Isochron Scepter with Dramatic Reversal, or executing the two-card combo of Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Ophidian Eye. The deck boasts strong reactive countermagic and efficient interaction to protect its winning turn.
