Deck overview

This mono-white deck is a Hare Apparent swarm built to exploit Delney, Streetwise Lookout's trigger doubling. Twenty-five copies of Hare Apparent form the engine: each ETB makes a Rabbit token for every other Hare on board, and Delney fires that trigger twice, with Panharmonicon and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines able to double it again. Delney's evasion clause also keeps the entire power-2-or-less army unblockable by power-3-plus creatures, making the rabbit tide the primary kill condition. The 99 supports the swarm with cost reduction (Pearl Medallion, The Wind Crystal), mana (Sol Ring, The Mind Stone, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx), draw (Skullclamp, Enduring Innocence, ETB draw creatures), and turn-lock protection (Grand Abolisher, Voice of Victory). Thrumming Stone chains Hares off the top of the library, while Smile at Death, Restoration Seminar, Dawn from Dusk // Dawn, and Emeria, the Sky Ruin rebuild the board after wipes. Delney is a multiplier rather than the engine itself - the 25-Hare redundancy keeps the plan running even if he stays in the command zone.
