Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered Esper Knight typal aggro-reanimator deck commanded by Sidar Jabari of Zhalfir. It leverages Jabari's Eminence ability from turn 2 onward, filtering card draws on every Knight attack to sculpt the hand while discarding high-impact Knight payoffs into the graveyard. Once Sidar Jabari enters on Turn 4, his flying and first-strike combat damage triggers cheat expensive threats like Moonshaker Cavalry, Herald of Hoofbeats, or Vodalian Wave-Knight directly onto the battlefield before regular combat damage resolves. The deck is supported by an efficient Esper removal suite, powerful phasing protection (Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment), and resilient graveyard recursion engines (Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, Living Death). It consistently threatens table-wide lethal combat damage by Turn 5 or 6.
