Deathtouch by Rudolphosv

Format: Commander

Commander: Aveline de Grandpré

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Golgari deck is a deathtouch-commander build around Aveline de Grandpre. Aveline's own deathtouch means every hit grows her: 3 6 12 24, turning her into a one-shot commander-damage threat. The deck supports this with cheap deathtouch attackers, equipment, and Disguise, which lets her land as a warded 2/2 on turn 3 and flip to attack the next turn. Secondary plans use the graveyard: Graveblade Marauder drains while Ashnod, Evil Reawakened, and Trystan generate extra value. There is no hidden commander; Trystan is a support DFC, not a build-around. The deck wins through incremental combat and light disruption, and is only moderately dependent on Aveline.
