Deck overview

This is a spells-only storm/Ad Nauseam combo deck built around Codie, Vociferous Codex. Every nonland card is an instant or sorcery, so Codie's activation both adds WUBRG and reliably cascades into a free cheap spell. The primary win is drawing the library with Teferi's Protection plus Ad Nauseam, then using Awaken the Woods, Empty the Warrens, and Culling the Weak to generate mana and storm before a lethal Grapeshot replayed by Mizzix's Mastery. A secondary slower line uses Approach of the Second Sun and Demonic Tutor. The commander is a mana engine and free-cast enabler, not a combo piece; the deck can still operate if he is answered, but loses its fastest gear.
