Deck overview

This is a Golgari deathtouch-poison aggro deck helmed by The Serpent Society. The plan floods the board with cheap deathtouch creatures, leverages Fynn, the Fangbearer and toxic/infect payoffs to race opponents with poison counters, and converts every death into edicts, drain, and card advantage. The commander itself is a resilient 3/4 deathtouch body whose death trigger forces each opponent to sacrifice a nontoken creature, turning chump blocks and wipes into table-wide attrition. Secondary paths include life-halving combatants (Aphelia, Viper Whisperer, Unstoppable Slasher), drain engines (Zulaport Cutthroat, Marionette Apprentice), and a single Triumph of the Hordes blowout. Dense recursion (Meren of Clan Nel Toth, Oversold Cemetery, Cauldron of Essence) and a low 2.39 average mana value keep the pressure constant even after interaction.
