Ovika by user8143837

Format: Commander

Commander: Ovika, Enigma Goliath

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ovika, Enigma Goliath is the engine and win condition of this Izzet token-combo deck. The single plan is to ramp into the 6-mana commander, then cast expensive noncreature spells to flood the board with hasty Phyrexian Goblins. Convoke spells let that same token horde cast more spells for almost no mana, creating a snowball. Damage multipliers such as City on Fire, Shared Animosity, and Roar of Resistance turn a modest token count into lethal combat damage, while Tetsuko, Junk Winder, and direct damage spells cover evasion. The deck has no hidden commander; both the cost and the payoff are centered on Ovika.
