Y'shtola heads an Esper drain-control deck that wins by turning every 3+ mana noncreature spell into 2 damage to each opponent and steady card draw. The primary plan stacks Y'shtola with Kambal, Mai, Papalymo, Queza and Delney to make each spell drain 4-6 and refill your hand when opponents lose 4+ life. Secondary paths close games with an infinite gain/drain loop (Bloodthirsty Conqueror + Enduring Tenacity/Vito) or a large Exsanguinate/Bolas's Citadel turn. Y'shtola is both draw and drain engine; Bloodthirsty Conqueror acts as hidden commander as the combo finisher the deck tutors for.
