Deck overview

This deck is a mono-red Spellslinger and Artifact Combo archetype commanded by Mica, Reader of Ruins. The strategy focuses on converting cheap artifacts, token generators, and Treasures into copied spell triggers. Mica's ability to sacrifice an artifact whenever an instant or sorcery is cast effectively doubles the value of impulsive draw spells, mana rituals, and game-ending burn. The deck builds velocity using efficient mana rocks and utility artifacts, transitions into mid-game resource generation through doubled spells like Big Score and Inspired Tinkering, and culminates in a lethal burst. The primary win routes include generating massive mana via Mana Geyser to cast a copied Crackle with Power dealing 40 damage to each opponent, or assembling the infinite haste creature loop with Twinflame and Dualcaster Mage. While susceptible to targeted disruption and lacking deep tutor suites, the deck possesses explosive turn potential and resilient backup plans that function even without the commander on the field.
