Deck overview

This deck is a high-tempo Jeskai aggro deck commanded by Sonic the Hedgehog. It leverages the synergy between flash and haste creatures to establish rapid early-game pressure, scaling attacking bodies with +1/+1 counters whenever Sonic attacks. Early plays like Quicksilver, Brash Blur, Speed, Young Avenger, and Daredevil, Man Without Fear curve smoothly into a Turn 4 Sonic deployment. The midgame compounds this advantage through combat enhancers such as Windcrag Siege, Aurelia, the Law Above, and Iroh, Dragon of the West, which turn wide boards into lethal threats while generating incidental card advantage and Treasure ramp. A robust interaction suite of efficient exile removal, flexible bounce, and cheap countermagic protects key pieces and clears blockers. The deck wins by outpacing opponents in combat velocity, closing out the table through sustained damage around Turn 8.
