Bird by user8943926

Format: Commander

Commander: Choco, Seeker of Paradise

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Bant Bird tribal deck built around Choco, Seeker of Paradise. The primary plan is a flying combat finish: attack with Birds to trigger Choco's repeatable card advantage and extra land drops, feed landfall payoffs like Emeria Angel, Chocobo Racetrack, and Felidar Retreat, then win with anthem pumps and Beastmaster Ascension. Secondary paths include Kastral, the Windcrested reanimation, Sazh Katzroy tutoring and counter doubling, and Derevi as a flexible Bird value piece. There is no DFC commander; the deck is built to use Choco's face, and Derevi is not a hidden commander, just a strong role-player in the 99. It is a fair, synergy-heavy deck that wins through combat rather than combos.
