Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Esper Voltron and modified-creature engine commanded by Arna Kennerüd, Skycaptain. The strategy accelerates into early mana rocks and equipment tutors to deploy Arna on Turn 3 or 4. Once equipped or enchanted with scaling permanents like All That Glitters, Nettlecyst, or Lich's Relic, Arna attacks to trigger an exponential copying engine. Every attack doubles counters and creates attached token copies of all nontoken Auras and Equipment. This quickly scales Arna into a one-shot flying commander damage threat while duplicating utility effects, card draw, and removal. The deck shields this combat engine with a premier Esper interaction package, including free counterspells like Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship, silencing effects like Grand Abolisher, and complete protection via Teferi's Protection. Opponents face compounding pressure as each combat round multiplies Arna's stats and clears opposing blockers until the table is eliminated on Turn 6.
