Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color combo and value engine built around Garth One-Eye. The strategy focuses on breaking the parity of Garth's once-per-permanent spell menu by utilizing blink effects and untap creatures. Because a flickered Garth enters the battlefield as a new object, he resets all six spell choices, allowing repeated casts of Black Lotus, Braingeyser, and Regrowth. The deck features extensive haste redundancy through cards like Mass Hysteria, Enduring Courage, and Hammer of Purphoros so Garth can tap immediately upon entering. The primary path to victory pairs Garth with Deadeye Navigator or Displacer Kitten alongside haste, generating unbounded mana with repeated Black Lotus casts. Once infinite mana is achieved, Garth repeatedly casts Braingeyser to force each opponent to draw their entire deck in a single turn. The deck is fast, synergistic, and resilient to spot removal, though it relies heavily on its commander to close games.
