Slinza, the Spiked Stampede is a Gruul Beast battlecruiser that aims to get an early cost reducer, develop a board of big trampling Beasts, and finish with a mass pump. Slinza's own -2 discount and fight trigger do double duty: they make each Beast cheaper and remove blockers on the way in. The deck supplements natural development with card draw off power-matters effects (Garruk, Return of the Wildspeaker, Colossal Majesty) and a few cheat effects (Monster Manual, Doors of Durin). It has no true combo; wins come from Craterhoof/Overwhelming Stampede/Unnatural Growth backed by Karlach's extra combat. The plan is linear and resilient but vulnerable to sweepers, because the key threats are all on the battlefield.
