Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger deck built to weaponize Shiko and Narset, Unified's Flurry trigger: cast two spells a turn so the second one gets copied or replaced by a card draw, then convert that copying volume into overwhelming value through a magecraft/token engine package. The 99 chains cantrips, draw spells, and removal while Archmage Emeritus, Whirlwind of Thought, Veyran, Voice of Duality, Storm-Kiln Artist, and Monastery Mentor compound every spell cast. The deck wins through one of three routes: a critical-mass storm turn with Prismari, the Inspiration copying a lethal Explosion or Electrodominance; an assembled Hullbreaker Horror + two-mana-rock loop feeding infinite spell casts into a burn/draw outlet; or a wide, pumped board of Monk, Dragon, and Soldier tokens attacking after Tempest Technique or Nerd Rage buffs. Lier, Disciple of the Drowned provides a flashback recursion layer that lets the deck re-fire its best instants and sorceries.
