Commander: Toph, the First Metalbender

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Toph, the First Metalbender leads a Naya artifact-land deck that combines mass artifact ramp with the earthbend land-animation mechanic. The primary plan is to resolve Toph early, turn every nontoken artifact into a land, and use end-step earthbend to grow hasty attackers and mana lands. Secondary paths include the Hellkite Tyrant + Mycosynth Lattice artifact count win, an Atla Palani + Ashnod's Altar + Thornbite Staff infinite mana loop with Walking Ballista, and a landfall token strategy via Scute Swarm and Field of the Dead. Backup Toph legendary creatures and the Kyoshi saga provide alternative earthbend outlets. With heavy fast mana and tutors, the deck aims to win through combat or combo around turn 7.
