Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Rakdos Vampire tribal strategy commanded by Strefan, Maurer Progenitor. The core game plan focuses on dealing early combat damage to opponents to generate Blood tokens at each end step. Once Strefan attacks, those Blood tokens are sacrificed to cheat high-cost, high-impact Vampires—such as Crossway Troublemakers, Butcher of Malakir, Patron of the Vein, and Markov Enforcer—directly onto the battlefield tapped, attacking, and indestructible. The deck backs up this combat momentum with aristocrat-style life drain from Blood Artist, Falkenrath Noble, and Sanctum Seeker, and breaks open board stalls using asymmetric wipes like Olivia's Wrath or game-ending spells like Mob Rule. While lacking infinite combos or fast-mana acceleration, the deck maintains steady pressure through efficient mana cheating, rummaging card quality, and resilient combat lines.
