Deck overview

This deck is a classic Orzhov Aristocrats strategy piloted by Teysa Karlov. Its game plan revolves around generating cheap creature fodder, sacrificing it to free sacrifice outlets, and draining the entire table through blood-artist style death triggers. Teysa Karlov serves as an exponential multiplier by doubling every creature death trigger and providing tokens with lifelink and vigilance for combat stabilization. While the deck lacks unconditional tutors and fast mana acceleration, it compensates with high functional redundancy across its core roles: sacrifice outlets, recursive creatures, and drain payoffs. Card draw engines like Skullclamp, Midnight Reaper, and Plumb the Forbidden keep the hand full of fresh fodder. The deck steadily chips away at opposing life totals before executing a massive sacrifice turn around Turn 6, closing out the game on Turn 7. Its primary vulnerabilities are graveyard hate and mass exile effects.
