Radagast by dschettlr

Format: Commander

Commander: Radagast, Wizard of Wilds

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

A Simic value deck built around Radagast, Wizard of Wilds, turning every mana value 5 or greater spell into a Beast or Bird token while drawing cards from Up the Beanstalk, Garruk's Uprising, Garruk's Packleader, and related Beast/Bird synergies. The primary plan is ramp into Radagast, chain oversized creatures and token doublers, then finish with trample anthems such as Thunderfoot Baloth, Overwhelming Stampede, and Unnatural Growth. Secondary paths use landfall token generation from Rampaging Baloths and Primeval Bounty, plus token copying through Doubling Season, Adrix and Nev, Second Harvest, and Octomancer. The commander is a value engine rather than a combo piece; the deck still functions without him, though noticeably slower.
