Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov life-manipulation combo deck commanded by Mister Negative. It leverages extreme life fluctuations as both an economic resource and a win condition. The primary strategy accelerates into powerful engines such as Bolas's Citadel or Necropotence, using life to draw dense hand sizes or cast spells directly from the library. Winning lines center around storming through the library with Sensei's Divining Top and Aetherflux Reservoir, or draining the table in massive bursts using Children of Korlis, Tainted Sigil, and Vizkopa Guildmage. The list secures its critical turns through silence effects like Grand Abolisher, Myrel, Shield of Argive, and Ranger-Captain of Eos, preventing opponent interaction during execution. Broad removal spells and life-stabilizing effects ensure smooth operation against aggressive and combo opponents alike.
