Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Spellslinger Storm strategy led by Kuja, Genome Sorcerer // Trance Kuja, Fate Defied. Kuja generates 0/1 Wizard tokens on your end step that ping every opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell, transforming into Trance Kuja once four Wizards are assembled to double all Wizard damage. The deck accelerates through early mana rocks, medallions, and potent rituals like Dark Ritual and Jeska's Will. It achieves high card velocity using impulse draw spells, looting, and recursive powerhouses like Underworld Breach and Past in Flames. The primary win condition consists of an explosive Turn 5 storm turn where a flurry of cheap noncreature spells burns down the entire table through Kuja tokens, Coruscation Mage, Harmonic Prodigy, Guttersnipe, or an infinite Treasure combo via Storm-Kiln Artist and Chain of Smog. The deck defends its combo turns with free interaction like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick.
