Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius aggro-control strategy commanded by Denzilore Fatehold. It converts every scry and surveil action into team-wide +1/+1 counters, transforming humble utility cantrips and token swarms into massive combat threats. The early turns focus on establishing mana fixing, early creatures like Proctor of Potential, and token engines like Monastery Mentor. Denzilore Fatehold enters with flash, dodging sorcery-speed removal and immediately buffing the entire board through cheap cantrips such as Opt, Consider, and Preordain. As counters accumulate, evasion enablers like Herald of Secret Streams and Abzan Falconer push unblockable damage while Wave Goodbye serves as a devastating asymmetric board wipe. An extensive suite of low-cost protection spells ensures the board survives opposing disruption on the path to a Turn 7 combat victory.
