Deck overview

Lady Octopus, Inspired Inventor pilots a mono-blue artifact-combo/value deck that converts relentless card draw into free artifact deployment and then into an interlocking web of artifact loops. The first and second draw of each turn feed her ingenuity counters, while a deep draw suite - Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Vedalken Archmage, Sai, Master Thopterist, Insight Engine, Fateful Discovery, The One Ring - keeps the counters climbing and the hand full. The primary kill is the Emry, Lurker of the Loch + Mirran Spy + Mishra's Bauble infinite-cast engine, converted into an endless flying army, an infinitely large Kappa Cannoneer, or a deck-drawing Vedalken Archmage loop; Cyberdrive Awakener and Blightsteel Colossus serve as haymakers, with Urza, Lord High Artificer acting as a hidden second commander and Mystic Forge/Unwinding Clock providing mana and recursion. Lady Octopus is a genuine accelerant, but the artifact plan executes fine without her.
