Homer, Mill deck by user5302199

Format: Commander

Commander: Homer, the Hermit

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Commander Homer, the Hermit turns every landfall into mass mill, with X equal to twice the number of Crabs, Lobsters, Nautiluses, Starfish, and Trilobites you control. The primary kill is to ramp to seven-plus mana, use Loki, Lord of Misrule or Nanogene Conversion to turn the whole board into copies of Homer, then resolve Boundless Realms so every land entering mills each opponent out. A grinder line with extra land drops, Ruin Crab/Hedron Crab and Ancient Greenwarden covers games without the combo; Craterhoof Behemoth is a combat backup. No true hidden commander exists: the MDFC Walk-In Closet // Forgotten Cellar is only a recursion piece, while Loki functions as a key noncommander enabler.
