Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Temur Dragon tribal strategy commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten. The game plan focuses on aggressive early ramp to deploy the commander or enablers like Hellkite Courser ahead of curve. Once operational, Ureni looks at the top eight cards on entry and attack to cheat massive Dragon payoffs directly onto the battlefield without paying mana. Payload cards like Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, Utvara Hellkite, and Atarka, World Render convert these free entries into overwhelming combat power and direct burn damage. The deck defends its high-cost plays using premier free interaction including Deflecting Swat, Fierce Guardianship, and Force of Will. While vulnerable to mass exile sweepers and dependent on combat connections, its dense redundancy of high-impact flying threats allows it to close games decisively across two turn cycles.
