Deck overview

Rocco, Cabaretti Caterer gives the deck useful access to creature-based setup, especially Servant of the Conduit, Guide of Souls, Metastatic Evangel, and Rumor Gatherer. The broader plan combines energy production with enter-the-battlefield value from Tocasia's Welcome, Guardian Project, Panharmonicon, and Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines. Ramp is respectable, but many sources cost two or three mana, colored requirements are demanding, and several lands enter tapped. The deck can build a strong midrange board, gain life, make creatures, and answer permanents. It does not, however, reliably convert that advantage into a table kill or total lock. Aetherflux Reservoir, Aetherworks Marvel, and Electrostatic Pummeler are powerful payoffs but lack consistent access and supporting density. The result is a value-oriented Commander deck with a slow, exposed clock and no dependable alternate finisher.
