Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is helmed by Brimaz, Blight of Oreskos and focuses on building a resilient Phyrexian artifact token army. The primary strategy accelerates into Brimaz on Turn 3 using efficient mana rocks and rituals, then deploys Phyrexian and artifact creatures on Turn 4 to produce sizable Incubator tokens. By sacrificing Phyrexians through outlets like Keskit, the Flesh Sculptor or Yawgmoth, Thran Physician, the deck triggers Brimaz's end-step proliferate ability to steadily grow both creatures and Incubator counters. On Turn 5, high-impact cards such as Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines, and Blight Titan escalate board power to lethal levels. The deck controls the tempo of the game using potent asymmetric disruption from Drannith Magistrate and Opposition Agent, backed by flexible removal like Deadly Rollick and Toxic Deluge. Untapped Incubator tokens remain safe from standard creature sweepers until transformed, creating an inevitable combat finish by Turn 7.
