Deck overview

This is a Sultai sorcery-ramp/self-mill deck built around Sin, Spira's Punishment. Because the 99 contains no nonland permanent cards at all, Sin's trigger can only find lands in the graveyard - turning every self-mill spell into a burst of tapped land tokens. The deck wants to mill aggressively with Traumatize, Glimpse the Unthinkable, and Dread Summons, then cast Sin to convert those graveyard lands into a huge mana advantage. From there it wins through giant X-spells like Villainous Wealth and Exsanguinate, mass theft/reanimation via Rise of the Dark Realms and Breach the Multiverse, or the land-based alternate win of Maze's End supported by Reshape the Earth. The entire nonland suite is sorceries, so the game plan is telegraphed and vulnerable on the stack, but the land-token ramp can be explosive once the commander survives.
