Deck overview

This is an Izzet spellslinger burn deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier. The plan is to deploy Vivi early, chain cheap instants and sorceries to grow her power and drain opponents, then use her power-based ritual to fuel a turn where Veyran and multiple pingers turn every spell into 8+ damage to each opponent. Prismari, the Inspiration acts as a hidden commander, granting storm to the deck's payloads; Twincast and Rite of Replication can multiply burn or draw effects. Secondary paths include Rootha's huge flying token and Furygale Flocking mass hasty flyers. The deck is interactive but linear: assemble pingers, protect Veyran, then storm out.
